Things to note

Rental Booking Terms

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to the date of the event and will apply to your final invoice. Remaining balance due 3 days before event. 
  • Rentals work indoors or outdoors, level surface required.
  • All rentals include setup and takedown.
  • A long-distance delivery fee of $1.00 per mile (one way) applies to all rentals located 50 miles from Cortez, CO. 
  •  A 5% refundable damage waiver will be applied to all orders. This waiver will be refunded upon return of equipment in good condition and does not cover excessive damage, vandalism, theft, or misuse. 
  • Extra labor fee may be assessed for things such as long walkways from the trailer to the setup area, stairs, and elevators. 
  • One attendant is required for events with 50 or more participants at a rate of $40 per hour. Exceptions may be approved if the client provides their own attendant who is at least 18 years old.
  • For rentals over 100 miles away from Cortez, CO a $650 minimum rental applies, not including long-distance fee. 
  • Rentals are for the day and can include any time range from 7 am to 10 pm. Timeframes for long-distance rentals are by approval.  
  • Additional days can be added at 30% off each added day.
  • All needed equipment comes included in the price of each rental. Client is responsible for ensuring equipment is not removed from the event area. 
  • Events canceled due to weather will be rescheduled when possible. Refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related cancellations.
